Dr. George Wollman received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Fordham University in 1976 and graduated with honors from the New England College of Optometry in 1981. He started his private practice in 1988 combining two smaller optometry practices. He also co-managed post surgical cataract patients for a large ophthalmology practice for the past 25 years. He credits his experience working with old time optometrists combined with his training in modern day ophthalmological techniques for his unique personalized care of patients. He has served as director of optometry for mobile health services in the Hudson Valley.

Teresa Halliwell, OD
Dr. Teresa Halliwell received a Bachelor of Science degree with High Honors from the University of Notre Dame. She is a graduate of SUNY College of Optometry and completed a residency in Rehabilitative Optometry at the Northport VA Medical Center. She has served on the faculties of SUNY College of Optometry and Northport VAMC.
Dr. Halliwell has also held the position of Director of Low Vision Services at the Lighthouse International Long Island office, and has appeared on television and radio to discuss eye related topics. In her practice she has had extensive experience providing comprehensive eye care with a special focus on low vision patients.
